Our Realtor partners can earn up to 6% referral fees when working with buyers of Southstar Communities land. Through our Realtor Referral sales portal and marketing resource, they can also get professional sales and marketing support that gives them the tools to market Southstar land for sale to their clients and pave the way for increased referrals. You must have a valid Real Estate License in Texas to be eligible for a referral fee.
